All fees related to our services are outlined in individual project contracts. Payments are due as per the terms set out in each respective agreement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement upon 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered up until the termination date will still be payable.
All intellectual property rights developed by Triotech will remain the sole property of Triotech unless otherwise agreed in writing.
